Exploring Graduate Education Virtual Presentations Fall 2023

The Exploring Graduate Education presentation is designed for those planning to apply to graduate school. The presentation focuses on the application and admissions process, the benefits of earning a graduate degree, and a discussion on the various types and sources of financial assistance available to fund a graduate education.

Accepted Students Day

Accepted Students Day is held twice each spring for students who have been accepted into a UGA graduate program. This event is designed to provide an introduction to graduate studies at UGA, important information about university resources from campus partners and an overview of next steps to ensure a worry-free transition into your studies here at UGA. Topics covered include:

  • Adjustment to graduate studies
  • Funding your graduate education
  • Housing options
  • The City of Athens

This event also includes a current graduate student panel to answer questions from prospective accepted students about graduate student life at UGA.
