Small Group Training Free Week
Join Fitness & Wellness for a free small group training class. No pre-registration required.
Small Group Training classes are progressive, short session goal-oriented or skill-based fitness classes offered in two 8 week (fall/spring) or 4 week (summer) sessions per semester. For each new session, a class specific pass must be purchased to remain eligible to attend. Ramsey Center members age 18+ may register to participate.
