Start your fall 2025 semester with a focus on YOU!

Join this eight-week challenge (September 7 – November 3, 2025) where we will be exploring wellness and physical activity to create a happier YOU. The weekly topics include movement, nutrition, water, and sleep, and all participants will be provided with two FREE InBody Composition Tests to assess their progress. Ways to earn points include entrance to Ramsey or Pound Hall, weekly well-being challenges, and body fat percentage reduction.
