Our science education program emphasizes curriculum and teaching practices from the most current research, aligning closely with state and national standards, including those established by the National Science Teachers Association and the Next Generation Science Standards. As part of this EdS in Science Education, you will complete an original research or evaluation project on a topic of interest to you. Graduates of this program further upgrade their teacher certification in a science field from the T-5 to the T-6 level.
