Professional Development Workshop: Procrastination & Perfectionism: Getting Through Grad School

The Graduate School will host a Professional Development Workshop Wed., Feb. 3 from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in 350 Miller Learning Center. The workshop will look at procrastination and perfectionism as natural tendencies and will discuss why these tendencies are so prevalent and so difficult to change. The workshop will help participants identify tricks for getting their work done despite these natural tendencies and will also identify benefits associated with procrastination and perfectionism to help participants recognize when they are using them in a helpful rather than detrimental manner.
